The Challenge:

The founders of what would go on to become Ritmo Cycling Club were beginning their journey of establishing a nonprofit organization, creating a brand, and building a digital presence. They wanted an experienced partner who could help lead their startup efforts and ensure a successful launch ahead of the upcoming peak season.


Actions Taken:

We helped ensure an on-time launch for Ritmo Cycling Club by:

  • Consulting their team on how to quickly maneuver through necessary startup tasks such as brand design, legal formation, securing a web domain, and more.

  • Building a robust brand identity and assembling a comprehensive style guide.

  • Creating & optimizing a website that meets all their functional needs while helping stand out from their competition.

  • Launching an online subscription service to easily manage their membership fees.

  • Setting up a calendar management system to automatically showcase upcoming team events on their website homepage.


Results:

Ritmo Cycling Club officially launched on February 24th, well ahead of the spring cycling season. After 6 months, club membership has grown by +37 riders, they’ve secured 635 followers on Instagram, and their website has 2,442 views from 677 unique visitors with zero paid search advertising. They continue to shape & scale their nonprofit organization, and the founder of Bahia Brand Marketing is honored to have accepted an advisory position on their Board of Directors.
